Seven steps to use a peanut peeler

1. Before using the peanut peeling machine, first check whether the fasteners are tightened, whether the rotating part is flexible, whether there is lubricating oil in each bearing, and whether the peeling machine is placed stably. In order to ensure the safety of the operator, the outer casing of the motor must be grounded (the outer casing of the motor is reliably connected to the grounding body).
Second, before the application of power, the peanut peeling machine will be turned a few times. If there is a crash, the cause should be identified and the power should be re-energized.
Third, the appropriate sieve should be selected according to the size of the peanut kernel.
4. After the power is turned on, try the test first and pay attention to whether the rotor is turning correctly. After the motor is started, the steering of the rotor should be consistent with the direction indicated on the implement. First idling for a few minutes, observe whether there is abnormal noise, and the operation is normal and stable before the peanuts can be quantitatively, uniformly and continuously put into the hopper.

5. There are also requirements for the degree of dryness and humidity of peanuts, that is, peanuts should not be too dry or too wet. Too dry, the peanut break rate is high; too wet, the speed of shelling will be slower. In the winter, the peanuts stored in the rural areas are generally dry. To make them dry and wet, the following methods can be used: evenly spray about 100 kg of peanuts with about 15 kg of warm water, cover with plastic film for about 10 hours, and then dry in the sun. It takes about 1 hour to start shelling. It takes only about 6 hours to cover with plastic film in other seasons, and the rest of the operation is the same.
Sixth, to solve the increase in peanut shells is to move the motor down, in order to tension the fan belt, increase the amount of blowing.
7. When peeling, the peanut fruit should be fed evenly and properly. It is not allowed to mix iron scraps, stones and other debris to prevent the peanuts from breaking or causing mechanical accidents. The outlet switch can only be opened when the peanut kernels are covered with a sieve surface.
