Cleaning method for waste plastic in plastic machinery

There are two methods for cleaning waste plastics and drying waste plastics: plastic mechanical cleaning and manual cleaning. Some recycled plastic products can only be cleaned manually, while some plastic products can be cleaned and dried using plastic machinery.

 

         First, the waste plastic is washed in a washing tank, and the waste plastic mixing machine is used to remove the loose dirt adhering to the plastic surface. Finally, the washed pulverized waste plastic is sent to a centrifuge for drying, and dried by two steps of hot air to a residual moisture of ≤0.5%. The waste plastic is sent to the waste plastic PET bottle crusher by the conveyor belt, coarsely pulverized, and then sent to the large separation section to sink the sand and the like into the bottom of the water and be sent away at regular intervals.
