    In the case where the rivet hole is prone to fatigue cracking, it is possible to weld the crack with a new unused electrode, but it should be symmetrically centered on the impeller axis, leaving the remaining electrode of the crack at the crack. Then, a new welding rod is used to repair the rivet hole crack of the symmetry. During the pressing process, the resistance of the punching needle is increased. If it is not removed from the charcoal block, it is easy to cause sticky charcoal powder or The charcoal block is divided into two sections.

C. The spring is too loose, broken or loses its effectiveness. The needle is not strong enough, and the needle cannot be recovered, causing sticky charcoal powder. If the spring is too loose, adjust the pressure adjustment disc and replace it if it breaks or fails.

D. There is a hard object in the charcoal powder to make the punch deformation, and the movable plate does not come under, which causes the sticky charcoal powder. Need to remove the punch to replace the new needle.

E. The needle is finely ground and has a large taper. When the charcoal powder is too fine and the viscosity is high, the charcoal powder easily adheres.

F. The sliding parts of the punch should be lubricated with lubricating oil.
