1.Safe use of threshers by corn thresher manufacturers
(1) Because the thresher works tightly and the environment is bad, people who participate in threshing operations should be taught safety operations to make them understand the operating procedures and safety common sense, such as tight sleeves, masks, and protective glasses.
(2) Before using the thresher, carefully check whether the rotating and swinging parts are flexible and free of collisions; check whether the adjustment mechanism is normal and that the safety facilities are complete and effective; ensure that there are no foreign objects in the machine, and lubricating parts should be filled with lubricating oil.
(3) Before the threshing machine is turned on, the operation site should be cleaned, and no debris unrelated to threshing should be placed; children are prohibited from playing on the site to avoid accidents.
(4) The feeding should be uniform during work, and the wheat should be pushed directly into the drum. It is not allowed to push wheat into the drum by hand or fork and other tools; prevent stones, sticks and other hard objects from being fed into the machine.
(5) The joint of the transmission belt must be firm; it is strictly forbidden to take off or hang the belt or touch any object to the transmission part while the machine is running.
(6) The transmission ratio between the selected supporting power and the thresher must meet the requirements, so as not to cause the threshing machine to rotate at too high speed and the vibration will be violent, which will damage the parts or loosen the fasteners.
(7) The threshing machine cannot be operated continuously for too long. Generally, it will work for about eight hours, and it must be shut down to check, adjust and lubricate to prevent serious friction and wear and deformation.
(8) Threshers are generally powered by diesel engines, and an anti-inflammatory cover should be worn on the exhaust pipe to prevent fire.
(9) If the threshing machine fails during operation, it should be stopped for maintenance and adjustment, and must not be coped with, so as not to cause greater failure.
2.Maintenance of thresher
(1) After the threshing is finished, the dust and sundries inside the machine should be carefully removed; where paint falls off during use, repaint as required.
(2) Desoldering and cracks should be repaired by welding.
(3) Install the bar. Note that the small head (inclined surface) should be oriented toward the feeding direction, and the lines of the two adjacent bars should be opposite, so as to prevent the grain from moving to one end of the drum and causing uneven load.
(4) Tighten the stud bolts to the specified torque. Generally, it is tightened in 3-4 times; check whether each bolt has a lock nut. Because the threshing machine operates at a high speed when rolling, the nut is easy to loose, and the quality of the bolt must meet the requirements, and cannot be replaced by other bolts.
(5) After the drum of the thresher is repaired, it should be statically adjusted until it is balanced.
(6) Check whether the cover of the thresher is firm. If it is damaged, replace it.
(7) Complete maintenance. Fill the lubrication points and lubrication points with a sufficient amount of lubricant. The threads of each adjustment screw should also be coated with oil to prevent rust. Place the thresher in a dry and ventilated shed. Put debris on top to prevent deformation.
