The main machine of the plastic granulator is an extruder, which is composed of an extrusion system, a transmission system, and a heating and cooling system. According to the different working principles of each part, the plastic granulator works normally. Its system structure is as follows:

1. Extrusion system: The extrusion system includes a hopper and a mold. The plastic is plasticized into a uniform melt through the extrusion system. The extruder head is continuously extruded by a screw under a predetermined pressure.

2. The function of the transmission system is to drive the screw, which provides the torque and speed required during the screw extrusion process. It usually consists of a motor, a reducer, and a bearing.

3, heating and cooling device heating and cooling is a necessary condition for plastic extrusion processing.
