3, electrical components must use the national standard products produced by the big factory.
There are many domestic manufacturers of contactors, current transformers, ammeters, voltmeters, temperature controllers, buttons and other products, but some manufacturers produce products that do not meet the safety and quality standards required by the state. These products are not bad on the outer surface, but they have a short service life and poor safety performance. 4, the thickness of the steel plate must meet certain requirements: the bar machine panel (steel plate for fixed bearing seat) should be greater than 8 ± 0.2mm, or take reinforcement measures; the steel plate of the fixed motor should be greater than 10 ± 0.2mm, otherwise the steel plate is easy to deform, Affect the quality of the bar machine.
5. The processed parts should meet the following requirements:
1 The flange of the bearing seat and the hopper seat must have sufficient thickness. The drive shaft, bearing hole, forming cylinder, taper sleeve and screw propeller must be processed according to the design requirements. The outer surface of the casting must not have floating sand; the interior cannot have obvious trachoma. And other defects.
2 Both sides of the pulley should be machined, and there must be no uneven objects outside the design.
3 The motor wheel is generally applied in solid form and the sides should be machined flat.
4 The thickness of the electrical operation panel should be ≥ 2mm. The front end of the spiral propulsion rod should be welded with alloy welding rod and sprayed alloy powder, and smoothed as required to make the angle and taper meet the design requirements.
