New carbonization furnace smoke-free and highly sought after

Earth kiln charcoal is a charcoal fired from a traditional earthen kiln. Because the earth kiln does not have a tar separation device and temperature control, the charcoal that is fired has a phenomenon of pinching and produces a smoke smell when burned. In addition, its burning time is shorter than the mechanism carbon. However, due to the low raw material and production cost of the earthen kiln charcoal, and a certain market, some charcoal fired trees cut down the wood to burn the earthen kiln charcoal regardless of the national three-in-five order. In particular, some charcoals cut down rare broad-leaved eucalyptus trees only for their immediate interests. This not only destroyed forest resources, destroyed ecological balance, but also violated relevant national laws and regulations. The carbonization process of a carbonization furnace can generally be divided into the following three temperature ranges:
First, the drying stage
From the start of ignition to the temperature of the furnace rising to 160 ° C, the moisture contained in the mechanism rod is mainly evaporated by the amount of external heating and the heat generated by the combustion itself. The chemical composition of the mechanism rod has hardly changed.
Second, the initial stage of carbonization
This stage mainly relies on the combustion of the rod itself to generate heat, so that the furnace temperature rises to between 160 and 280 °C. At this time, the wood material undergoes a thermal decomposition reaction, and its composition begins to change. Among them, the unstable composition, such as hemicellulose, decomposes to form CO2, CO and a small amount of acetic acid.
Third, the comprehensive carbonization stage
The temperature at this stage is 300 to 650 °C.
At this stage, the wood material undergoes thermal decomposition abruptly, and a large amount of liquid products such as acetic acid, methanol, and wood tar are produced. In addition, flammable gases such as methane and ethylene are generated, and these flammable gases are burned in the furnace. Thermal decomposition and gas combustion generate a large amount of heat, causing the furnace temperature to rise, and the wood material is dry-distilled to char at high temperatures.
