When the heating temperature reaches the upper limit, the electric heating tube stops heating, and the temperature begins to decrease slowly. When the temperature drops to the lower limit temperature value, the temperature controller restarts the electric heating tube to heat, so that the material is repeated until the material is baked. Bake until required.

4. Timing alarm debugging: After the 3 steps are adjusted, press the time switch again to adjust the required set time. You can set the time to adjust the time in the control box. 0~99 minutes arbitrary adjustment), after a period of time, the bell sounds alarm, which means that the time required for baking has arrived. The operator then turns off the timer switch, at which point the bell no longer alerts.

5. The material is released from the cage: after the alarm is alarmed, the timer switch is turned off. Open the door panel of the material outlet, let the discharge port open, then press the cage stop button, after 3~5 seconds, then press the cage reverse button, the material will be screwed out of the cage, from the discharge The mouth is drained until the material is emptied. Finally, close the door panel and press the stop button. After 3~5 seconds, press the forward button again, then the cage will start to rotate forward again.
