     The HT series peanut sheller produced by Tongshun Peanut Machinery uses a V-belt drive. After a long period of use, the belt will gradually stretch and relax due to the pulling force. If the temperature of the pulley is increased, it is necessary to check whether the belt is slippery or not, or tighten or replace according to the situation, so as not to cause the peanut peeling machine to rotate too low. The working temperature of the motor should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius. If the motor temperature is too high, it is necessary to stop the circuit immediately to ensure that the voltage reaches or approaches 380v, and the 2-phase motor needs to reach 220v. The temperature of the bearing should not exceed 25 degrees Celsius. If the temperature of the bearing housing is too high, stop the bearing immediately and check if the bearing is damaged to avoid further damage.
