Crush

The crushing and destroying machine produced by our factory has a crushing speed of about 300kg/h and a motor power of 7.5kw. The equipment is made of high-carbon alloy steel blades. The function is not chaotic, durable and durable.

Drying the particles formed after the crushing and destroying machine is broken and put it into the dryer for drying.
The dryer is a machine that dries the broken and destroyed particles. Since the trees and the straw itself contain a certain amount of water, it is necessary to dry and then form a rod, and the moisture content of the particles after drying should be less than 12%. The drying speed of the dryer produced by our factory is 600kg/h, the diameter of the feed pellet is 3mm-6mm, and the temperature is 190-300°C. During the drying process, coal and firewood can be added along with the drying schedule. Tons of raw materials need 20kg to burn wood.

The rod making machine is the most pivotal equipment in the whole set of charcoal briquetting machines. The function is to make the raw material pellets after drying into wooden rods with a diameter of 5cm and a length of 50cm. The main motor is 15kw, the heating coil is 4.5kw, and the output is 180-220kg/ h (different models, different yields).

The carbonization furnace is the last ring of the charcoal briquetting machine equipment. It is a machine that makes the wooden rods made by the rod making machine, performs anaerobic combustion, and carbonizes them to make charcoal. Each furnace can carbonize the finished product 1-2 tons, the motor power is 1.5kw, the filter is equipped with filter and smoke removal device, and the production process is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
