What is the principle of the super energy straw carbonization furnace?

The gasification of the straw carbonization furnace is a combustible gas produced by the use of biomass through a closed oxygen-deficient method, which is produced by a hot-smelting method and a thermochemical oxidation method. The gas is a mixed gas containing carbon monoxide, hydrogen, methane, Etc., also known as biomass gas. The desired combustion effect is achieved with the support of nitrogen and the combustion of oxygen.

The mass fraction of carbon in biomass is about 40%, followed by hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, magnesium, silicon, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and other elements. The organic components of straw are mainly cellulose and hemicellulose with a mass fraction of 50%. These biomass feedstocks are heated under anoxic conditions to cause a complex thermochemical reaction energy conversion process. The process is essentially an atom of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and the like in the biomass, and becomes a molecule of a flammable gas such as carbon monoxide, methane, hydrogen or the like under the reaction conditions according to the bonding principle of a chemical bond. Most of the energy in the biomass is transferred to these gases.
