Generally speaking, under the condition that the carbonization furnace kiln does not leak, the temperature rises faster, the density of the produced carbon is small, the carbon is brittle, and the crack is much, but the charging time of the salary bar is greatly shortened, that is, it can be improved. 2. The pre-decomposition stage, that is, the furnace temperature is between 150 °C and 270 °C, the amount of smoke is slightly smaller than the former, and the smoke color is yellowish.

3. In the decomposition stage, the furnace temperature is between 270 °C and 400 °C, the smoke is white, and the amount is gradually reduced and thinned.

If the amount of smoke is scarce, there is almost no color, and the color is blue and bright, which means the end of charring. At this point, you can “close the fire” and release the charcoal after cooling.

As long as we are skilled in mastering the above-mentioned charcoal carbonization technology, it is not difficult to develop good charcoal that meets the requirements of the producer.
