Now, the continuous airflow carbonization furnace developed by our factory is solving this problem. The gasification carbonization furnace produced by our factory currently has three inner tanks of 6m3, 8 hours (with cooling), one furnace carbon, one furnace carbon 1.5 tons, and the inner tank can be hoisted out, so it can be redundantly equipped with 3 liners, so After 4 hours of carbon, the production of mechanical carbon can reach 9 tons per day.
